Hangar36 is a management convenience tool — not an official aviation record.

Hangar36 helps you schedule aircraft and organize maintenance, squawk, and recordkeeping information. It is not an FAA record, an official maintenance logbook, or an airworthiness-determination system, and it is not a substitute for the records, inspections, approvals, and determinations required by the FAA, the Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturers, or any governing authority.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The airworthiness of every aircraft and for all flight, dispatch, maintenance, and safety decisions.
  • Compliance with all applicable regulations, airworthiness directives, and manufacturer requirements.
  • Maintaining the official logbooks and maintenance records required by law.
  • Independently verifying any information in Hangar36 against the official aircraft records before relying on it.

Information shown in Hangar36 — including meter readings, maintenance due dates, inspection intervals, squawk or grounding/AOG status, and pilot currency — may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or out of date, and may depend on data entered by other users or produced by automated OCR/AI tools that can make mistakes. Do not make any go/no-go, dispatch, maintenance, or airworthiness decision based on Hangar36 alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangar36 is not liable for any decision made, or action taken, in reliance on the Service. Your use of Hangar36 is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
